Scholarship Details:

Our scholarships provide up to $2,000 per semester to help you with your financial needs related to higher education. Receiving one of these scholarships requires that you be eligible, submit an application, and are accepted by our candidacy review process.

In the last year, the Pizzi Foundation supported the following locations: Brockton, North Plymouth, Boston and surrounding communities, Quincy, Weymouth, Pembroke, Fitchburg, Leominster, Marshfield, Belmont, Lowell, Chelmsford, Arlington, Fall River, and Carver.

Eligibility:

Our scholarship is tailored for students who lack sufficient financial aid and could greatly benefit from the support we offer. If you are driven, dedicated, and ready to take the next step in your academic pursuits, we encourage you to apply. Students must be currently enrolled as a high school senior and have been accepted to an accredited college or university located within the United States.

Scholarships will be renewed annually for any student who attends a college or an institute of higher education full-time and maintains a 3.0 average. 

Preparation:

Before you submit your application, we encourage you to have the following information and details ready and available. Submit your application must be started and completed at the same time.

  1. Address and contact information. 

  2. High school transcripts in PDF format

  3. Scholarship Essay. 

  4. The college you will be attending, the program you plan to study, as well as graduation date. 

About your essay:

Your essay should include details about you, your experiences, and the aspirations you have during and after your college years. Tell us why you are seeking the program you are entering, and the impact you will have in your field of study. Include any details about where you hope to be in the future, and plans you have to continue your learning as you grow in your career. Please review the following technical requirements for the essay that you submit:

 

  • Saved in a PDF format. 

  • Essays should be no more than 3,200 words.
